Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2, 2026
1. Introduction and who we are
CallPath Systems ("we," "us," or "our") operates a lead generation service designed for restoration contractors. We run targeted advertising campaigns, qualify homeowner leads through our Custom Facebook Intent Form and related criteria, and deliver qualified leads exclusively to our contractor clients via instant SMS. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect information from two main sources: (a) contractor clients who sign up for our Service, and (b) homeowners and other individuals who submit information through our lead capture forms.
From contractor clients
When you apply for or use our Service, we collect: your full name, business name, email address, and phone number; the city, territory, or geographic area you wish to claim; the ZIP codes or service areas you serve; and, where applicable, information about the volume of leads you are seeking and how you currently obtain leads. We do not directly store or process full payment card details; payment information is collected and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable payment card industry standards.
From homeowners and lead form respondents
When individuals respond to our ads or complete our lead forms, we collect the information they voluntarily provide, which may include: name, phone number, email (if provided), ZIP code or location; and property- or mold-related information such as cause of mold, timeline for service, and homeowner status. This information is used solely to qualify and deliver leads to the contractor client in the relevant territory.
We may also collect certain technical and usage information (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use our website, for security, analytics, and service improvement purposes.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service delivery: To match qualified homeowner leads to the contractor client in the applicable territory and to deliver those leads via SMS and any other agreed channels.
- Payments and account management: To process setup fees, per-lead charges, and other payments (through Stripe) and to manage your account and territory.
- SMS lead notifications: To send automated lead notification text messages to contractor clients at the phone number(s) they provided, in compliance with applicable messaging and A2P rules.
- Communication: To respond to inquiries, confirm territory availability, and communicate about the Service.
- Service improvement and security: To analyze usage, improve our ads and qualification criteria, prevent fraud, and protect the security of our systems and users.
4. What we do not do
We are committed to transparent and limited use of personal information:
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
- We do not share the same lead with multiple contractors; each lead is delivered exclusively to one contractor client in the relevant territory (CallPath Exclusive).
- We do not use contractor or homeowner information for our own marketing to those individuals beyond what is necessary to provide and improve the Service.
5. SMS and automated messaging
When you provide your mobile number in connection with the Service (e.g., on our application or setup form), you consent to receive automated lead notification text messages from CallPath Systems at that number. These messages are transactional and service-related (e.g., alerting you when a qualified lead is delivered). Message and data rates may apply. We may use third-party messaging providers to deliver these texts, and we retain records of your consent and opt-in for compliance with applicable telecommunications and A2P (application-to-person) messaging rules. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at the email address below.
6. Third-party service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the Service. These include: Stripe for payment processing (we do not store full card details on our systems); third-party providers for SMS delivery and related messaging infrastructure; and tools for analytics, hosting, and security. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual arrangements and have their own privacy and security practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies. We do not authorize these providers to use your personal information for their own marketing purposes.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with our legal and contractual obligations. This may include retaining account and contact information for active and former clients, records of consent and opt-out for messaging compliance, and lead and transaction data as needed for billing, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. When retention is no longer necessary, we securely delete or anonymize the information in accordance with our internal policies.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include secure transmission (e.g., HTTPS), access controls, and careful selection of service providers. Payment card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with industry standards. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to handling your data responsibly.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, and to request deletion of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, or to data portability. To exercise these rights, or if you have any questions about our data practices, please contact us at contact@callpathsystems.com. We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable law. You may also opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
10. California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may afford you additional rights, including: the right to know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; the right to request deletion of your personal information; the right to opt out of the "sale" or "share" of your personal information (as those terms are defined under the CCPA); and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To submit a CCPA request, please contact us at the email address below.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated to you by email or through the Service where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact us
For any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or our handling of your personal information, please contact us at contact@callpathsystems.com. We will endeavor to respond in a timely manner.
